The (new to me) Euro Cuisine yogurt turned out nicely, but I left it in the incubator an hour or so too long. A more tart taste than I would like. Must try again. While enjoying the current batch.
Strictly speaking, still on the sick list, but no fever. Just fatigued and a bit disoriented by that. Probably added to by my currently not being able to get out of the house.
ETA: I now have begun another batch of yogurt with the new starter.
